i have a 2009 etec 130 hp with i-command gauges i have disconnected all power to the motor and gauges for a week now i have
connected it all back to power and now my gauges light up but no engine hours or any thing else when i turn the key on all help is needed

The obvious suggestion is have you checked the fuses, and are you 100% certain they're connected correctly? Looked for damaged wires? (I'm sure you've checked it half a dozen times, but it's gotta be asked). If nothing's working it suggests a bad power supply or eath return... if you have a test light or multimeter find out which connections are +12v and -12v and make sure they're working correctly.

@MattInOz is spot on there is a poor positive or ground connection somewhere. Check all your connections are solid / clean and ground is good. This will be what is leading to the electrical gremlin.
