queensland Where Can I Find Fresh Water Yabbies Around Noosa And Near

Hi all

i wanted to know where i could find and freshwater yabbies around the Noosa area, i have just moved up from the Gold Coast and didn't know where to get some good yabbies from.

Any places, tips or help would be much appreciated.

Are you after the native ones or redclaw?

Ok cool there are redclaw in Borumba dam that is up that way. I love to eat them. Garlic butter... yummm.

Most creeks hold yabbies too so if you find one near you have a crack

But most importantly if you get a few please post up a report... especially with recipes and food photos for me haha.
