Cant keep my arse off the grass. Back again this morning, casting by 5.30am and first cast straight on. I was showing a young bloke a few days a go how to cast as far out as you can then slow roll spinnerbait in keeping it just above the flooded grass and same thing happened on right away. I love this type of fishing, only problem it does my back in, trying to cast as far as I can. This is why I had to sell all my surf gear a few years a go.

Is the Picnic area the one next to the boat ramp?

How long do you reckon the bite will last, while ever there is water over the grass or until it dies off (the grass) ?

grass is already changing color, then it goes sour and the fish wont go near it.
