queensland Back On The Blades

Back out to NPD yesterday to try my luck, I predicted 6 months a go that the bass would be back on blades by the end of march, well they were a couple of weeks early. Picked up a few trolling down the dam , before finding a small school to jig to. School was small and after catching a few they moved on, then found another school a few hundred meters away and same thing. Good to see they are at least or at last taking blades again.Finished up trolling up a few on way back to ramp. Managed 53 bass and 3 forkies that liked blades also.

wow that weather looks mint! Some nice fish there. Amazing numbers again. Makes me feel sad remembering spending days on Hinze to get 1 or 2 fish

Last Sunday was the same, glassed out for most of the morning.

3 bass on the troll and 3 forkies on the jigs.

Forkies should be starting to go soon and the bass should be getting ready for a good jigging season.
