resolved Product Reviews and New product section

Can we get a Product Reviews and New product section in the forum. Just a thread that is specifically for reviews of products?

And once the review is written if it could be locked, that way it can stay on topic. Thought if anyone had any questions about the product or review they could then just pm the reviewer?

We have a product reviews section under Fishing.
