queensland Access to Shultz Canal

Hi guys,

just wondering about the shultz. thinking of hitting it early sat morning but not sure where to park. I have also heard some peoples cars get damaged there so am hesitant. I have including a google earth shot of the area. the area which i have circled is where i am assuming people park and then just walk along the bike park casting out lures. Is that correct? also what is the street name of the area where to park the car and is it SAFE?

Mate, have a look back over the threads do a search for Schultz. Lots and lots of info about it. To answer your question whether it's safe, I've never had a problem but others have been scared off. Just go there in the day and you should be ok as long as you keep out of people's way.

the best parking spot is in the business complex up the surf shop end there is a taxi center there so people out in the car park having a lunger lol ,a short stroll to the water

Ok, we usually park in the spot where the smaller circle is. Between Nudge Rd and the Gateway Motorway. But, if you feel unsafe there, you can park in the big parking lot in the bigger circle.
