My first week back from the Fraser Island Fishing Expo.

Straight into the Mahi Mahi again. George and a few birthday ones.

One was a recaptured one with a tag in it. It bit later on his dad Anthony recaptured a Cobia also with a tag in it.

Another day and I finally got one of the Spanish that have been hitting me. I had only been landing all the Schoolies and Spotties but the customers had been missing the bigger hookups. Craigo was aboard today.

With the leftover livies we went a bit wider and got stuck into the reefies on what was left of the half dayer.

A coupla happy contenders there Smithy. Interesting with the cobia. Were the serial numbers close together ?

Tag numbers were from different series to each other. Just e-mailed NSW fisheries then with the details. They administer the GFAA tagging program for gamefish species.
