not really sure whetha 2 put this in south coast or interstate but reh

started fishing on monday for tailor

didnt get so much as a touch because i culdnt find a good gutter

on the tuesday was trying for whiting in a smallish gutter near the houe when got a call from mum - baitfish down jsut off a gutter

rounded up a bunch of rods and off on an expedition on the bikes to find these fish

got there to find them schooled up well and truely off the second sandbank.desperate to get into some decent fish, chucked sum pillies in the pockets and headed out through the gutter

first cast got absolutely smasheddd

but dropped it

my 2 mates kept getting hits but we continuosly dropped them at our feet on he sandbank

finally managed to land a few keepers when RAN OUTTA PILLIES

found a "flasha spoon (i bought it in hervey bay i think it is made up there)

and got creamed every single cast

kept 7 ranging from late 30's to early 40's

eventually got forced off the sandbank by the incoming tide and large shadows in the waves :S

couldnt raise a scale from em from the rest of the week haha
