Land based GC canals

i'm thinking about heading down the coast tonight...sleep in the 4wd an have a few livies out. is there a recent land based spot where i can access the canals.

I'm also up for any other adventure tonight or tomorrow if anybody is doing anything interesting. thanks josh

Be careful where you sleep in the car, the fun police used to go around booking people for sleeping in their cars, some local council law to keep the riff raff away from the paying tourists. Dunno if they still have it.
