Hi @davostephens - sadly Lance aka @aussie123 passed away. He was a legend of this site with a vast array of knowledge and as you can see from these reels, a clever bugger to boot. RIP @aussie123 - gone but not forgotten mate.

Man, I'm exhausted and the first kick-off hasn't happened ...... hurried home and signed myself up to work comp (different website), then myself and the two boys to our family one (same website as this one), did tips with no research ...... then when I thought I was done, remembered this one ....... time for a rum ........ . Enjoy the first game everyone - looking forward to seeing who you all tipped.

Great stuff mate, that's a very successful outing. Bigger again would no doubt be nice, but those two aren't to be scoffed at. Anyone else fishing nearby or come in and anchor near you when you started getting onto them?

Nice work getting one past the tax man - that's a busy looking sounder screen (ie. lots of fish!!). Mind if I ask what baitfish they were? Oh and congrats on your new-found freedom .
