Hi guys is the time of year for surgery on the trailer some of the things i have to do and "i say have to do"

Scape down all the rust got about say a dust pan full (Shit Job) anyone watch dirty jobs on fox

Apply rust converter

Wash down

Two coats of killrust epoxy enamel

New bearings With help from ferals post thanks mate

If anyone can add some treatment to my yearly job please do as each year she's slipping towards the grave. cheers

Grease and check rollers and pins.

Check condition of winch and cable. If cable is steel and one end of winch cable is kinked, frayed or rusted you can just reverse it but you will have to fit clamps to attach cable to hook.May be worthwile investing in spectron ( think thats the name) rope cable no kinks,no rust.no twists.

Check lights and wiring for corrosion.
