queensland King Island

On advice of Pat, I travelled down to King Island, at the tip of Wellington Point. It was mid-afternoon and the tide was coming in, I was on the western side of the sandbar running to King Island. I used SP lures and only got one bite for two hours of casting. What a place though! There were a fair few blokes out fishing, and they seemed to have some luck on the eastern side. I took the family down and they absolutely loved it, so it was good for everyone. I will definately be heading back there with the family, and my rod, and hopefully have some better luck next time.
