Im sick of playing around with cheap.

Need digital volt/ amp metre.

20 amp plus.

that would be more than sufficient to charge the sounder battery in the yak....

nah, they are a dam good thing. used to have one similar but it packed it in after about 15 years. much better for looking after your battery than the cheapos.
