Hey guys just a quick post to say that I went for a wander up to the dam wall(NPD)yesterday and was horrified to see so many dead fish most of which were Bass and silver perch. There would have been at least 150 maybe more and some reaching wat i would estimate as up around the 60cm mark. I know the PRFMA did all they could to save as many as they could so dont take this as a dig at them, its just a shock wen u come across that many dead fish, seems a terrible waste

dont mean to be nieve here...but any reasoning as to why were they all dead? The dam is at a good level of water isnt it?

Thats pretty gutwrenching. I believe they had the same problem back in 2007 with water temperatures, it just shocks the poor fish.

Its like riding a dumper on your surfboard, one minute you are on top of the wave and then you look down and its bare sand, only with these fish it was rocks, its a long way down.

damn pitty!! is there much water below the wall or is it just small pools?
