Slams soft plastics (night time)

Well I bought a bag of these but I was not real impressed, I thought they were quite clumsily made and didn't have the colors or flexibility of other brands.

Anyway boggy creek the other night proved me wrong.

At dusk I hooked one on an SX40 that Jeryl sold me (the white one with red eyes), one on a natural colored SX60.

Then changed to the Slams in pink at night time which I thought would be more visual.

I landed 2 of these fellas, fish went - 40cm, 30cm, 45cm, 45cm respectively and I kept the last one for a feed.

The fish were a bit on the small side but was still a good arvo and night.....Cheers

BTW. The plastics came from my tub that has slams with pheremone,atomics with scent,Gulps with juice and canola oil.

yeh, I have found the slams to be quite stiff and lacking action at a slow retrieve.

I'm yet to catch anything on them (or spend much time trying), but I'm glad you haad some success, I won't throw them out (yet!)
