resolved Annoying blue bar across screen

me again! In my details, in my fish, when i click on that tab there is a blue bar that goes across some of my photos. looks like a fake border. Is there anything i can do to get rid of it?

i cant replicate this error. please give more details. is it still happening?

yeah man its still happening. In the \"My fish\" tab, its a blue bar similar to the bar used to high light section names on site, ie=the blue bar around anglers on line. It cust through the pic of me holding the Jacobs well bream the the pic of the Jew beside it.
