I am currently living in Toowong till the end of June and I was wondering if there were any of these dams or lakes that were easy to get to by the bus or any other type of public transportation, also any certain lures that would work well or fly patterns.

Hinze dam is accessible via Train then Bus.

I am organising another AFO trip in early June.

Bait is supplied for these for these trips in the form of live shrimp.

Good lures for bass and your typical lipless lures like Berkley Frenzies or for more money Jakals.

The saratoga in the dam seem quite partial to Spinner baits.
