North Pine Dam Landbased?

Hey guys,

Its been a while since i fished North Pine and the last time I was there the weed made it pretty difficult to fish.

Just wondering if anyone has been doing any landbased fishing at North Pine and whether its "fishable." Reports of landbased fishing north pine have pretty much dried up so Im guessing that no one is bothering.

Im just itching to get into some bass and dont know many other places other then North Pine.

I caught a bass a couple of weeks ago and an eel tailed cat on the weekend. The fish are there at dusk, and persistence will pay off.

Access other than the picnic areas is a bit hard at the moment as the water is right up to the trees. As said above arvo or early am would be your best shot

Thanks guys, il have to give it a shot and see for myself. Definately thinking about early morning or afternoon sessions to escape the heat!
