hey guys having been working out roma on oil and gas rigs for work, i was very keen to get back and hit the beach. planned to go fraser for 4 days and test out my new alvey and beach rod. but as the weather went from bad to worse we ended up heading inland to baloumba creek campgrounds up from Maleny. was wet but really nice. I seen some fish swimming in the current in the shallow streams and wondered wat they would be???

Also seen a monster eel in the deep hole at camp area 1. turns out the campgrounds were close due to recent water levels but was not a problem.cut the trip early and have come back to try my luck at teh prawns 2morrow....chandler
