hi, can you tell me what hook type to use for black tip reef shark and bull shark

musted big red suicide or musted light gauge circle hook in size 8/0

both will work fine

use the circle if you are putting the rod in a holder, the suicide if you're holding the rod

hi, thanks for reply i am putting the rod in a holder but i heard from someone that with circle hooks that you use a light drag to set the hook and you do not strike the rod is this right
