New to Brisbane and keen to get out amongst them, love to throw lures and flies around. If anyone is keen to teach the freshmeat a thing or two drop a post

Mate keep youe eyes open, there are usually a few blokes going somewhere each weekend who offer to meet up.

we have a trip up to Baroon pocket tomorrow, and a few blokes are away this weekend, so might be a bit quite this time round, but usually there is something going on!

Having said that, Sarod you can pick up a fair bit by browsing old threads - plenty have asked the same question as you.
