my name is Harry, I did my boat license a couble of month ago but haven't been on a boat since them. I would like to get more experiences on riding boats and I also love fishing. If you are keen to show a newby some tricks trop me a line.

Hi Harry, your best bet is to watch out for deckie spots and see if you can get out with someone experienced as a deckie, atch and learn and do the anchoring and other duties and you will learn heaps more than trying to get out skippering with someone else that is also inexperienced. Other than that there are times that you can do a tag along with other boats and follow there lead. Where are you based at?

I'm based in Brisbane but would drive up to 1h for a decky spot and a day fishing. I have my one fishing gear. Maybe not for deep sea trip but everything else I can cover. I'll bring the beer and the bite.

No worries , it was probably karma that you didnt come as it was a fairly ordinary morning with only a shovelnose ray , a 40cm tailor and 2 40cm flatties taken for the morning.
