queensland squid for dinner!

decided to go for a flick today to try out new combo. was fishing for about 1 hr with no luck. while fishing saw some small squid around. ive never caught squid on squid jigs before so i decided to give it a shot. after 2 cast i hooked on to a nice 35cm squid. i must say they run pretty strong. about 5 flick after caught another which was abit smaller. decided to call it a day. im glad i always prepare with lures :cheer: .

was fishing around cleveland area. any heres a pic of the two squid. good for dinner tonight :woohoo:

Good work, I went last light to the Manly Rock wall with no luck. I thought they must have moved back to sea. You have made me jealous, I was looking forward to a few crumbed spuid rings.
