Gday all. Going to have a look at pin bar on Friday morning, be there around 4.30. If its good we'll go outside for a while then come back in and try and get a couple of Flatties. My mates gone mad on those soft plastic things so I thought a flatty or 2 would be a good intro for him. Anyway here's hoping the forecast holds true.

a few of the guys going to wave-break hope it does i think it will be a good week end apart from a little rain,a 1.4 meter swell with 5-8 seconds apart so should be great at this stage good luck.

Directly inside the bar is where to find the flathead, or it was about 3 weeks ago. there is a rocky ledge with trees sticking out of it.

saw about 20 pulled up from there, all bigger than 60cm some 80cm easy.

all were pulled up on livebaits i think, i had some hits on plastic but nothing big enough to hook.
