Have a look at channel 11 at the moment, its the coverage of one of the tris i did earlier this year over in New Zealand. its an Ironman Tri - 3.8k swim 180k bike 42k run

apparently i am on the coverage during the run leg

weather was atrocious - 160mm of rain on raceday and cold & windy... :(
