Sounder questions

New to the whole sounding thing, was just wanting to start a bit of a thread where people could maybe throw up their photos and get a few pointers from some of the more experienced people on here?

Obviously I'll go first, this is a shot from NPD last week, anybody care to help me decipher it? Cheers

What I see it as is structure on the right, with a bait ball in the middle and a few...fish? around the leftish side?
