Trout Recipe - Scottish Inspired

No I regretfully didnt catch these. But will be giving the population in the New England Table Lands a crack later in the year.

Just a bit of a Highland inspired trout which turned out even better than expected

Oat and onion stuffed rainbow trout wrapped in herbs and prosciutto slow baked with parsnip and cherry tomato's served with potoato and sweet potato herb infused smash and wilted spinich and baby carrots cooked in lemon and butter. On the side a creamy whiskey sauce.
