Two transducers

Hello I need some help please. I want to run two sounder one at the back and on at the front, can I put two transducer by side each other with no interference from the transom ?

If they are the same frequency they will almost certainly interfere with eachother. Ideally to run two sounders in close proximity, one needs to be triggering the other so they transmit simultaneosly- dont know if this is available for recreational sounders. You may get away with it if the sounders have different frequencies, but I do regularly see sonars of different frequencies interfering with eachother when the transducers are too close together.

I have run two transducers side by side with out ant drama's both were multi beam although not the same frequencies
