nah not really. but who cares really. i love getting fish guts all over me and sticking like really crap and hoping on the train and buses . i thought no one would talk to me or anything but the smelly you are and your got a rod by your side people come up ask where you where fishing and did you catch anything. to answer your question take the rod with ya noone tells you your not allowed so your will be fine
