There was also a dollie we caught on the way out and a very big blue marlin the biggest anyone had seen on the boat would of been in the mark of 900+lb

80 miles east of straddie. The depth varied troll from depth off 5000mtrs to 350mtrs and bottom bashed from 250mtrs to 800mtrs

Thanks it was a cracker 4 days out at sea. Yeah they are it was more of an exploratory trip for out there. We have it pretty sussed out now we are manly only heading out there for a chance of getting a 1000lb blue or a broadbill

Shes hard work without an electric but it is quite fun doing it on a 20000 stella or a 50w tiagra filled with 80lb braid
