moogerah dam

hey guys thinking of going to moogerah Dam tomorrow and catch some bass and yellowbelly and was wondering if there biting atm and what lures to use for them and where about are they Hanging.

Moogerah is 1 of the easiest dams to sound out the old creek that runs through it.

Start at the boat ramp head out about 20 mtrs you will see the bottom change.

You can follow this to the right on your sound.

if you trol the river bead you will catch fish.

Both Bass and yellas.

I usually use the light blue and orange TN 50.

Purle jackels

Or purple stump jumpers.
