Stereo FittingXXX DONE XXXX

Is there anyone on the site that can help with the fitting of a new Stereo in the boat, I've fitted the new unit into the dash okay but I'm having troubles connecting new wires for the speakers, so all it needs is the 2 new speakers fitting(holes need making bigger) and the speaker wires connecting? I think only one speaker needs replacing one is working okay one isn't,

I'm on the the sunny coast and willing to pay for the job as my old back cant contort to the angles these days
