I can recomend the kapten boat collar as i have one and could not be more happy with it, but i dont know about the other.

My father has the air floats on his old 3.9 Stacer.

The old boy let just say he isn't the smallest guy around had all sorts of grief if he or his offsider moved an inch in the boat.

After putting the floats on it hardly moves at all.

You describe my situation almost exactly, but with a 4m stacer.

My main concern with them was charging along at 20 knots, how are they affected by wave action and as this will be the eventual tender for the cat I am building, how will they stand up to being in the sun for years on end?

I suppose I could do what some do with their deflatable's and slop some acrylic house paint over them.

No i just paid the $200 to get the fitted by the owner of the company.

I see with the Airofloats you have to buy your tracks separately to the rest of the kit. They just throw in a sample profile section to show you what you need.
