have to be distracted id say. Now they are talking about the boat licensing and maybe it has to be revamped because you can get the same license for a tinny as a cruiser. id get them now if you dont guys just incase it becomes a 5 week course lol

Wasnt pretty, i was heading out that way a little bit after it happened. Not nice!

From what ive heard the cruiser did not give way or something to the tinny, but then again as a tinnie owner, i give way to anything bigger then me. Very tragic though.
