queensland Caloundra Wide

Headed offshore about 30k with Dhess and my son Riordan for a day out to Caloundra Wide, after a few catches we headed out another 10k and hit some great pearlies, didn't get too many snaps though and picked up some nice Trag Jews.

Things seemed to close down a bit about 1.30pm as the wind picked up a bit and turned Northerly so we headed back in to do out voting bit. Thanks Dhess for another great day.

The catch of the day Doms pearlie we caught another one a bit smaller then another 4 or 4 smaller ones

It was a great bag considering we didn't start fishing until 8am. We will have to do a few more late starts and fish the late afternoon session.
