Gulp Red Packet Vs Blue Packet (saltwater)

Hi.  A really noob question.  The GULP range has a red packet and a blue packet.  The blue packet has "saltwater" written on it.  Does that mean the red packet is not suitable for salt water fishing?

4 weeks later and no one has replied..  Ok, in my collection of soft plastics I have red, blue and yellow packets and half packets of Gulps. Only the blue packets have Saltwater on them, all of them I use in saltwater, none of them have shown any adverse effects from being used in saltwater

Just so you think there is something different about them so you buy more packets.......

red packet is actually fresh water, but can be used in species that crosses over to a brackish water. Such as bream, flatty, tarwine etc.

once you see “Smelt” as a flavour or variety, smelt is a fresh water bait fish so that gives you a bit if an indication 

 

blue is only salt, by definition, but some lures like grubs or mullets can also be used in fresh water
