queensland Warm Up B 4 Weekend

Went out to NPD yesterday to relocate some of my pots in case some shrimp were needed at the tagging weekend. Last year the bass were all over the place on the sat but thinned out on the sun. Anyway picked up a med sized yella first up trolling followed by 6 bass trolling then stopped for a quick shrimp fishpicking up another 8 bass before they moved on, on the way back up the dam, then left them biting as I didnt want to use my shrimp up. Then home early as had to go out to lunch with the wife.

Sundays on tagging weekends always always sorts the men from the boys.

Will be an interesting day with the wind forecast for 25 knots , life will be miserable for the lure chuckers anyway. If I run out of bait i will have to troll

I was flatout getting out of bed this morning, I forgot my lightweight life jacket and had to wear one of Lukes, it was padded at the back and was not comfortable after a few hours, my back feels like an elephant stepped on me.

I'm taking a table next tagging day, knees are not happy after all the kneeling to put tags in fish and getting up again!

I have asked the wife to feed me tonight as my hands are so sore from tagging the fish and pulling hooks out of my finger. Looks like I might starve.
