Hi guys, no photos sorry, it was a hot bite and the sun was setting so i wanted to make the most of it! I was up on the sunny coast yesterday morning and got home at about 2pm. I decided i was gonna have a chilled out arvo on the couch but i kept looking out the window thinking... man its too nice a day to sit on my backside. So quickly i got my gear together, swapped the petrol for the electric motor, loaded the batteries and headed for hinze. The wind was pumping but the bass were biting. I ended up nailing about 6 or 7 in quick succession, most on spinner baits and a couple on megabass dog x jnr after the sun had dropped. Sorry for the lack of reports lately i have been photographing native orchids out in the bush over the past few weeks! Camping on south straddie next weekend so my boat might actually touch salt for the first time in a while!

It sure does beat sitting on your backside.

You should throw up a report on your bush orchids. I know there's a few of us that would enjoy it.

@ellicat I have found a few nice natives flowering lately, might just have to post a bush trip up!
