queensland Fun Day At Hinze.4/3/17

Had a full crew this morning with Mark,his brother Stu and Stus wife Merly.

We launched at the eastern arm just before 6 and did the shrimp traps and started exploring.with plenty of banter and not many fish until we ventured into staghorn bay where we got stuck into the bass and barred grunter.before running out of bait at 10.30 with 51 bass on the counter.

Most of the bass were between 30 and 40 cm with a couple of smaller ones mixed in and 2 stumpys.

Merly was disappointed that we did not catch one tandan as she reckons that they are better eating than the bass.
