Well it lived up to its name this morning, it got that windy I called it quits quite early. Had a quick look in billies bay for a couple of bass, then headed over to the cliffs for a couple more and a good looking cattie, then risked my life riding the chop back to the ramp.

It's certainly a big open lake and I'd never fish it with just electric power.

You can use your motor now and no boating permit.Willy weather said it was low winds but once again they were wrong.It is a big lake and the reduced amount of bass are really scattered all over the place, never seen any more than 2 fish at any time on the sounder, mostly I was looking at a blank screen.

seabreeze said the wind would be high early on then drop off by 10, it lied, but it wasn't to bad on NPD, no white caps.

But the wind kept it cool enough to have a jumper on most of the time I was on the water.
