queensland Scratched The Itch

Having only fished one day in 9 weeks I was itching to get out. Have a Xmas thing this afternoon so this morning tried a new creek to explore. It looked good but only one little spangled perch. C&R no photo. 

Packed up at 6:30am and stopped at a little local creek and scored 3 nice bass in the biggest in low 30's on a suspending minnow. 

Great way to start the morning.

No,  take net.

I had lip grips but don't care if they get away. Bit of a fluke getting the photo before it slide off and not dropping the iPhone.

Does anyone know creeks south east side of Brisbane that hold bass? Keen to yak a few

Robbie, I don't get down south often but, I know there have been a few threads on Bass over the years. If you do a search I'm sure there will be quite a bit of information for down south.
