Hi everyone,

Further to my call for fishing guides on the Gold Coast, I now need Guides in the following areas:- Cairns, Mackay, Whitsundays, Rockhampton and inland, Fraser Coast, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.  This is for casual beach fishing guides available to take 1-4 tourist beach fishing with min 48 hours notice.  You will need to be a knowledgeable fisherman/woman, have a good personality and be patient enough to help guests throw a line in at the beach.  The gift of the gab would also be ideal.

If you check out our website (www.gofishqld.com.au) you will see that we offer beach fishing as an option, which is very popular for families and those who get a little sea-sick out on boats.  Our business targets the luxury market, ie, those who don't mind spending more to get good service.   Our beach fishing is offered across Queensland and primarily attracts the Asian and North American markets who are usually staying at a 5 Star hotel and also expect 5 star all the way.  

We offer early morning or late afternoon beach fishing to ensure they catch a fish. The fishing spot is determined by our fishing expert based on season and weather conditions.  The itinerary is that the guests are picked up by limo at their hotel, taken to the beach where they will meet you, then you will fish for about 3 hours. After that we finish with a gourmet breakfast or if its the afternoon, canapés and drinks.
