A sad day,

Some of you may remember member @free2rome2

He was a great inspiration to me and my various fishing journeys overseas. A kind fellow and always willing to have a chat.

Was scheduled to come out next year to Australia for his first Aussie fish.

I just found out from a contact in Malaysia that John passed with a friend recently. Their boat capsized while night fishing and well, that was that.

He is overseas reports and inspiration will be missed by me.

A reminder to all, fishing rocks, but no fish is worth that price.
