My brand new TSS4 spinning reel

Just a quick heads up for anyone else wanting one of these high speed spinning reels, I found a couple still on the shelf of Sandgate Tackle World. Apparently when they heard the model was going to be discontinued they bought all the remaining stock in Oz.

Happy days for me, I wanted one for a while because of the rep of the reel and how well the one I borrowed went in Fiji. So for the princelty sum of $179.00 I now have a reel which will give me donkeys years of service.

Hope this note makes someone else happy too, there were 5 left when I got mine this week.

Very cool reel.

I used to have one about 2 years ago on a Backbone rod.

The whole combo cost me $150 new.

Looks like they've up'd the price since then.

Thats a great price but I'm still happy with what I got, I reckon with a litl care I'll see a good 10 years out of it. That makes it still a cheap reel for my mind.
