joining humminbird and navman?...how?

hey fella's i am useless at this stuff but i was looking on the net today at humminbird connection cable's and coudnt decifer all the technical jargon.

i currently have a navman tracker 5430i and a humminbird matrix 17 sounder..i was wondering if there is such a cable that will be able to join my navman gps to my matrix 17 so that it too will have gps capabilities?

if so what is it called?

I don't know if a Navman would be able to communicate with the H/Bird.

yeha i no abotu the antenna's but i thoguht there might be a cable to link the pair
