Has anyone read the story in todays sunday mail about how much the the brisbane river has imroved in the past 10yrs? If not have a look its very interesting.

I read that article, mate it was very interesting. The comments about \"Brisbane River Perch\" reappearing caught my attention. There was a mention of salmon as well. I was talking to a friend on Saturday who was stunned to hear about good salmon being caught in the river LOL.

I could scan the pic in full size and host it on my webpage if anyone missed out?

yeah another thing that caught my attention from that story was that someone pulled up 100 crabs from a secret spot at the moggill ferry!

TLS26, that does not surprise me about the crabs. They are thick up that way.

i've met the man who gave the comment about the hundred crabs he is the president of both the aberdare fishing club and the ipswich united fishing association. he has an o.a.m. for his services to recreational fishing.
