queensland prawns 26th

hey guys just went on my first southern Q prawnin trip and got about 1 kilo of big bananas. was a sh#t load of boat out mouth of shults gutter. now goin to cook the prawns and snapper and bream i caught in the river yesterday for lunch.was wondering if any of you had any suggetion to cook the prawns. i usually just boil them but was wondering of any other suggestion???bbq,salad garlic??sweet chilli? any suggestions not long til lunch!!

my favourite is soak them in garlic and butter and then pour them either on the plate of the bbq or a hot pan.

i like chilli and garlic prawns and sometimes add a bit of lemon/lime and cook em up on the bbq
