thanks angus. its a cheapie anyways so it doesnt matter if it breaks. i just didnt want to risk bringin my 6' team daiwa advantage rod. they have a length limitation. so oh well for me.

Should be fine for bream. Go smaller on the reel if you want to.

well im using a daiwa capricorn 2000 loaded with 6lb pline copolymer. and i bought it because of its looks truth to tell. if it breaks it breaks. thank u for the info.
