queensland Scarborough 3.07.2009 - Wind and the odd fish

Hey guys,

Ventured to the Scarborough rockwalls for a bit of rock hopping with the soft plastics. Got there @ 6am to be greeted by a strong North Westerly, which made conditions a nightmare. I thought Seabreeze was forecasting a little more Southerly in the wind. Thought about leaving, but then stayed around for a few casts into the wind. Got a bream early which went 25cm to the fork. Sent him back for another day. Got 2 x flathead a little later, with the biggest 56cm. Both kept for dinner. All fish on 3" Gulp Shrimp. Back home by 8am.

Have a good weekend and let's hope the wind drops back a little.
