Hi Everyone,

I just thought I would introduce myself as I am a new member to this site. I have been a keen fisherwoman for many many years, mostly fishing around the Brisbane region. I just had my first experience deep sea fishing up in central Queensland and I am hooked. I can't wait to get back on the open water, especially in areas closer to home. Any good areas to fish roughly 50km - 60km from Manly Marina?

Like Feral said heaps of good offshore fishing grounds within that distance from Manly. You can either head out through South Passage Bar or for a bit safer option (depending on conditions) travel around the top of Moreton for some great fishing.

gday mate, your welcome to come fishing down on the gold coast fishing anytime. I mainly fish for snapper, jacks and marlin.
